Job Title: House Manager / Family Assistant

Location: Dubai Hills, Dubai
Reporting To: Sir & Madam

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive House Manager / Family Assistant to oversee the daily operations of a private villa in Dubai Hills and provide comprehensive personal assistance to the family. The role requires excellent coordination skills, discretion, and the ability to manage household staff, vendors, and personal appointments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Household Management

  • Oversee the overall management and smooth functioning of the villa.
  • Coordinate villa maintenance and repairs.
  • Liaise with contractors, service providers, and suppliers.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and organization standards are maintained.
  • Monitor household inventory and supplies.
  • Ensure timely payment of utility bills and service invoices.

2. Appointment & Schedule Management

  • Manage and organize personal and family calendars.
  • Schedule appointments for Sir & Madam (medical, personal, business, etc.).
  • Arrange hospital and clinic appointments.
  • Book restaurant reservations and family outings.
  • Coordinate school meetings or children-related appointments (if applicable).

3. Vendor & Contractor Coordination

  • Arrange maintenance work for the villa (AC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, etc.).
  • Obtain quotations and negotiate with service providers.
  • Supervise contractor work and ensure quality standards.

4. Kitchen & Food Coordination

  • Assist cooks with weekly meal planning based on family preferences.
  • Coordinate grocery purchasing and food allocation.
  • Ensure kitchen supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Manage special event catering if required.

5. Personal Assistance

  • Arrange travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport).
  • Assist with visa processing and document renewals.
  • Handle confidential documents and personal matters with discretion.
  • Support event planning and family gatherings.

Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience as a House Manager, Family Assistant, or Personal Assistant in a private household.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (English& Hindi required).
  • Good knowledge of Dubai service providers and vendor management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
