We are a lively and close-knit family balancing careers, four wonderful kids (ages 7, 8, 18, and 19, with the older two in college), and two lovable pets—our dog and cat. Our days are filled with activity, fun, and the occasional chaos, as we embrace our busy lifestyle and all that comes with it. We're looking for a warm, dependable House Manager & Family Assistant to help us keep everything running smoothly. From organizing the home and handling meal prep to managing our ever-changing schedules and supporting the kids and pets, your role will be key to creating a calm, organized space for our family. We also love to travel, both near and far, and we'd love for you to join us on our adventures and stay with the kids and pets when we're away.
You are a self-starter who can manage a busy household with minimal direction, but you are also proactive and comfortable asking questions when needed. You are detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple responsibilities, and maintain organization across a variety of tasks. You'll be an extension of our family, someone who can "read the room" and take initiative to ensure the house runs smoothly, as if it were your own. You're also a natural mentor. Our kids have their own set of responsibilities around the house, and you enjoy encouraging their independence—helping them stay accountable, care for their belongings, and take pride in contributing to the household. You're comfortable taking on a leadership role at home, with a warm, patient approach to both kids and adults.
