Description:

We are a busy family of three with a 3-year-old child and a senior dog, seeking an experienced, detail-oriented House Manager & Family Assistant to help streamline our home operations. Parents both have demanding careers as entrepreneurs and a physician, so we need a proactive, organized, and professional individual to assist with household management, meal preparation, pet care, and occasional childcare support.

Our ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and manages tasks independently with minimal supervision. They should be highly organized, competent, and comfortable juggling a wide range of responsibilities—from routine errands to occasional deep cleaning. We're also hoping to find someone with cooking experience or who genuinely considers themselves a good home cook. We appreciate well-seasoned food, balanced flavors, good sauces, and proteins cooked to ideal—not overdone—temperatures. You don't need to be a chef, but we do want the meals prepared each week to be enjoyable and thoughtfully executed.

Who We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate is someone who is mature, competent, organized, and able to work independently. You should be able to take on a variety of tasks, from meal preparation to household management, and be comfortable working with minimal supervision. We need someone who is comfortable with light childcare support and can take care of pets as well. This role requires a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills.

  • Run errands (groceries, dry cleaning, returns, gift shopping, etc.)
  • Handle package pickups, mail sorting, and deliveries

Meal Planning & Preparation

  • Plan and prep healthy meals for the family (2-3 dinners per week), ensuring meals meet dietary preferences (protein-forward, clean eating, inclusion of vegetables and healthy starches)
  • Prepare lunches for the family, including packing school lunches
  • Shop for groceries and meal-related items
  • Ensure food is well-seasoned and cooked appropriately
  • Clean kitchen post-prep and manage kitchen tidiness

Pet Care
