House Manager / Personal Assistant

Seeking an experienced, tech savvy Household Manager/Personal Assistant to support two owners of a family business/family office based in Northville, MI, with a secondary property in Northern Michigan.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day household and property operations (homes, autos, boat).
  • Plan and manage projects (renovations, decorating, construction), budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, travel, events, and personal/business activities.
  • Maintain inventories, supplies, and seasonal planning.
  • Provide regular updates and assist with real estate-related activities.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years supporting business owners or in luxury service/property management.
  • Strong leadership, organization, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, AI tools) with excellent communication skills.

We are seeking local candidates or those with close ties to Michigan.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
