House Supervisor (Female)

The House Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the household to ensure it runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard. She oversees domestic staff, maintains cleanliness and order, manages household supplies, and ensures all services and schedules within the home are well-coordinated.

• Supervise and manage all household staff including maids, cooks, and helpers.
• Ensure the entire house is always clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Oversee daily housekeeping, laundry, and kitchen operations.
• Maintain stock of groceries, cleaning items, and other household supplies.
• Coordinate with the cook for meal planning and timely service.
• Welcome and assist guests; ensure rooms and areas are properly prepared.
• Report and follow up on maintenance or repair needs in the house.
• Handle petty cash and keep records of household expenses.
• Maintain discipline, confidentiality, and smooth coordination among staff.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of all family members.
