The Female Admin Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative, operational, and household activities at the CEO’s residence. She will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, maintain confidentiality, and provide personal and professional support to the CEO and household members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Coordination Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the residence.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and appointments for the CEO and family as needed.
- Maintain records, files, and inventory of household supplies.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff to ensure timely services.
- Coordinate with office staff regarding official matters when required.
2. Household Management:
- Supervise domestic staff (drivers, cleaners, cooks, etc.) and ensure high standards of service.
- Manage procurement of groceries, household goods, and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure residence cleanliness, safety, and security protocols are maintained.
- Organize and oversee household events, meetings, and guest arrangements.
3. Personal Assistance:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the CEO and family for personal errands, travel, and hospitality.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all personal and professional matters.
- Assist in travel bookings, itinerary management, and coordination of guests and visitors.
4. Financial & Reporting Duties:
- Prepare and maintain household budgets, expense records, and petty cash.
- Review and approve invoices related to household and maintenance activities.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
