Job Summary:
The Admin Executive / Admin Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations within the organization. This includes managing office facilities, coordinating logistics, maintaining records, and supporting management and staff in day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance; ensure timely procurement and availability.
Coordinate repair and maintenance of office premises, utilities, and assets.
Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and visitors.
Supervise security, housekeeping, and support staff, ensuring discipline and performance.
Maintain and update administrative records, contracts, and vendor databases.
Process utility bills, lease renewals, and vendor payments in coordination with the accounts department.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee activities.
Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and safety protocols.
Monitor and control fuel, vehicle usage, and maintenance records (if applicable).
Support HR and Operations departments in administrative documentation and logistics.
Prepare and submit monthly administrative expense reports and performance summaries.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and records efficiently.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure.
Basic understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards.
Salary: 70k + Benefits
3+ years of experience is required
