We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Officer to manage administrative operations and support the company’s daily functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and staff coordination.
- Manage correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Handle attendance, leave records, and staff-related documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs and maintenance.
- Assist in logistics arrangements for deliveries, meetings, and official travel.
- Support management in HR and recruitment processes when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or office management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
