GR Trading Company is a trusted name in the industrial machinery and signage sector, dealing in CO₂ & Fiber Laser Machines, CNC Routers, UV Printers, Laminators, Plotters, and Air Compressors. We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Officer to manage administrative operations and support the company’s daily functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and staff coordination.
  • Manage correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Handle attendance, leave records, and staff-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs and maintenance.
  • Assist in logistics arrangements for deliveries, meetings, and official travel.
  • Support management in HR and recruitment processes when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
