About Our Family

We're a busy two-parent household living in Boston with our young child and two beloved pets. Between running a business, working full-time, and keeping life moving, we're a family that loves our home but genuinely struggles to keep up with everything it takes to run it well. We're active, organized by intention (not always by execution), and honest about where we need help.

Our household has a rhythm: early mornings, full days, and evenings that we want to protect for family time. We believe in systems, we appreciate structure, and we love someone who can walk in, assess what needs doing, and just handle it. Our family motto says it best: we stick to the schedule and go with the flow.

We're warm and direct. We won't micromanage you, and we don't want to. We want a partner who takes ownership, communicates concisely, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

The right person for this role is someone who thrives on creating order and takes real pride in the details. You're the type of person who finishes the to-do list and then looks around to see what else needs attention.

You're confident calling a vendor, scheduling a repair, or figuring out a better system for sheets, all without being asked twice. You enjoy anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You're warm , approachable and easygoing, but also structured and dependable. You communicate with clarity and efficiency: no long stories, just solutions.

You're tech-savvy enough to manage a shared calendar, monitor a household inbox, and coordinate orders across multiple platforms.

Most importantly, you know how to balance flexibility with accountablity. You can adapt when priorities shift, but you never lose sight of the details. In a household like this one, consistency, initiative, and reliability are what make someone truly successful.
