A private family relocating to Coral Gables is seeking a proactive, experienced Household Manager / Nanny to support their home and care for two young children (4 years + 11 months). This is a dual-role position for someone who brings both structure and warmth into a home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Managing the day-to-day flow of the home

-Keeping spaces organized, tidy, and functional

-Running errands + coordinating household needs

-Preparing healthy, thoughtful family meals

-Supporting care alongside a hands-on parent

-Engaging children in age-appropriate, enriching activities

Schedule

• Full-time
• 40 guaranteed hours/week
• Flexibility appreciated

Compensation & Benefits:

-$30-40hour (DOE)

-10 days PTO

-8 paid federal holidays

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Strong organization + multitasking skills
• Driver’s license + clean record
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• English Fluency (MUST)
