Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing laundry tasks, and providing a welcoming environment for guests or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive attitude will help create a spotless, sanitized, and inviting atmosphere that exceeds expectations every day. Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain pristine conditions.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing with care and efficiency.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and applying protective treatments to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained.
• Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly.
• Manage cleaning tasks with professionalism, including trash removal and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests’ or clients’ specific needs promptly and courteously.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating team efforts when applicable.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and floor care techniques to uphold hygiene standards.
• Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining fabric quality.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping operations or housekeeper management is a plus.
• Experience with carpet cleaning methods and equipment enhances your versatility.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
