Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, guest rooms and other facilities. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.

Skills

• Proficiency in cleaning techniques and knowledge of various cleaning products.
• Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Background in hotel housekeeping is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
