1. Operating appropriate cleaning equipment and utilizing proper cleaning chemicals in a safe manner.

2. Washing, mopping, and polishing the floors of assigned restaurant areas.

3. Dusting and wiping counters, shelves, and tables, as required.

4. Inspecting and unclogging all sink drains and removing garbage, efficiently.

5. Reporting shortage of equipment and supplies to the management and ensuring their requisition.

6. Interpreting and following the restaurant’s policies and standard operating procedures.

7. Washing, mopping, scrubbing, and disinfecting the floors of the kitchen, shisha bar, bar, and restroom in the restaurant.

8. Constantly cleaning the restroom and throwing away garbages.

9. Cleaning, wiping, and dusting the furniture, windows, counters, glass panels, floor, walls, wood panels, marble, and fixtures.

10. Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.

11. Complying with established safety rules and meeting company sanitation standards.

12. Reporting to the management about any incident or accident.

13. Reporting to the management of the area concerned regarding any maintenance requirements such as light bulb replacements, leaking, and wash hand basins.

14. Ensuring safety in the workplace and in this respect ensuring compliance with all instructions relating to the use and storage of materials and equipment necessary for the performance of your tasks.

15. Handing to the management any property found in the restaurant.

16. Carrying out any other duties appropriate and related to this position, as required.
