Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Rooms & Apartments
- Clean and service guest rooms and apartments daily according to hotel standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels
- Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and floors
- Clean kitchen areas in apartments (sink, countertop, fridge exterior, microwave, kettle, cabinets)
- Dust furniture, clean floors, windows, and balconies
- Check room amenities and replenish supplies (toiletries, tea/coffee, water, etc.)
- Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues immediately
Public Areas
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, staircases, elevators, and public areas
- Dispose of garbage properly and maintain hygiene standards
Laundry & Linen Handling
- Collect used linen and deliver to laundry
- Handle clean linen carefully and store properly
- Follow proper procedures for stained or damaged linen
Health, Safety & Hygiene
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly and safely
- Follow infection control and food safety guidelines in kitchen areas
- Wear proper uniform and maintain personal hygiene
Guest Service & Conduct
- Be polite, respectful, and professional when dealing with guests
- Respect guest privacy and hotel confidentiality policies
- Handle guest requests politely and report special requests to supervisors
Reporting & Teamwork
- Follow duty rosters and complete assigned rooms on time
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance team
- Attend briefings and training sessions as required

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
