Housekeeper

3rd Shift - 11:00pm-7:00am - Sunday-Thursday (Some Fridays)
1st Shift - 7:00am-3:00pm - Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays)
2nd Shift - 3:00pm-11:00pm - Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays)

Responsibilities

• Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed.
• Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot.
• Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job requirements.
• Remove garbage and recycling daily and dispose of in specified areas.
• Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning.
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift for long periods of time.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a janitorial role in a factory or office setting is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices.
• Health and safety regulations knowledge is a plus.

As a Janitorial Worker for C&C Facility Services, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment within our client's facility. Your core skills in cleaning and custodial experience will be utilized to perform various tasks, including floor care and commercial cleaning. Strong organizational and communication skills are vital as you collaborate with team members and report to the facility manager. Additionally, your experience with heavy equipment operation and relevant skills in industrial cleaning and maintenance will enhance our operational efficiency.
