Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere.
• Manage housekeeping operations by overseeing floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests for additional services or items.
• Conduct thorough inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards.
• Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A background in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
