Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain high standards of floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing different types of flooring
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff
• Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations
• Handle special cleaning projects such as industrial cleaning or deep cleans in designated areas as needed
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
• Assist with managing housekeeping supplies inventory and ensuring proper storage and usage

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments; hotel experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and custodial equipment operation
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy items when necessary
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and supplies is a plus
• Prior housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
