Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Wash, dry and fold laundry (bedding, towels, etc)
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting.
• Care for floors using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment to keep surfaces spotless and safe for guests and staff.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a healthy environment.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards.
• Support housekeeping management with inventory control and documentation of cleaning activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry or similar settings.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or custodial practices is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
