Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and private spaces according to established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, surface disinfecting, and deep cleaning procedures.
• Follow safety protocols during industrial cleaning activities and use of cleaning equipment.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution.
• Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly service and respecting guest privacy at all times.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with a focus on hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, and buffing floors.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable for understanding guest expectations.
• Strong understanding of industrial cleaning methods and safety procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with management and assist guests courteously.
