We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, with experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or industrial cleaning environments. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Manage floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
