We are currently expanding our contractor team to meet increasing demand this spring season.

What You'll Do:

• Perform standard, deep, recurring, and move-in/move-out cleaning services at assigned client locations
• Maintain Larkrise's quality standards on every job
• Communicate professionally with your team lead before and after each assignment
• Represent Larkrise Management with professionalism at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Prior professional cleaning experience required
• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery Counties
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Background check required prior to first assignment
• Professional references required

Compensation:

• 45% of gross revenue per completed job
• Consistent bookings with opportunities to build a recurring client base
• Payments processed biweekly
