Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care procedures to ensure safety and aesthetics
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure operational readiness
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent hazards and promote a hygienic environment
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to ensure swift resolution
• Support hotel or facility operations by managing janitorial tasks efficiently and professionally

Experience

• Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial roles preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Experience with industrial cleaning or hotel housekeeping enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing and deep cleaning methods is advantageous
• Background in hospitality or property management is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, extractors, and other industry tools is beneficial
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
