Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and private spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies
• Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure operational readiness
• Follow safety procedures during cleaning tasks to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards
• Adhere to established protocols for industrial cleaning when necessary for larger-scale or specialized tasks
• Maintain detailed records of completed cleaning activities and supply usage for accountability

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to hospitality or industrial environments
• Experience with floor care equipment and methods for different flooring types
• Background in janitorial or custodial services demonstrating attention to detail and reliability
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations is a plus
• Previous housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required
