Responsibilities

We are seeking a qualified Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for the cleanliness and internal appearance of the community. Below is a listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff.
• Work effectively with the team and ensure a positive environment.
• Responsible for cleaning all floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators.
• Responsible for vacuuming all floors.
• Clean, disinfect, and restock all restrooms.
• Ensure apartments are clean prior to new resident move-ins.
• Responsible for emptying trash in the common areas of the property and communicating with the maintenance team on any trash-related issues.
• Coordinate with the maintenance and office staff to complete any necessary cleaning requests.

Requirements:

Work Environment

• Ability to work inside or outside and in varying weather conditions
• Physical demands include walking, climbing stairs, standing for long periods, bending, squatting & occasionally lifting up to 50lbs

Skill Requirements

• Knowledge of safety guidelines
• Knowledgeable in the operation of a vacuum cleaner, walk-behind scrubber, wet/dry vacuum, ladder, and a back-pack vacuum.
• Use of chemicals for cleaning and personal protective equipment.

Compensation

• $16-18/hour + renewal commission potential!
