What You’ll Do
You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps our community fresh, safe, and inviting:

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting)
• Complete scheduled and project-based cleaning, including occasional emergency clean-ups
• Maintain assigned cleaning schedules and report any damages or maintenance needs
• Properly use and care for cleaning equipment
• Monitor and communicate supply and inventory needs
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals
• Assist with light plant care (watering and pruning) in assigned areas

What You’ll Need

• Previous housekeeping or similar experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Comfort working with cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
