Blue Mountain Mist Country Inn & Spa is a romantic, boutique inn nestled on 60 acres in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members who are excited to be part of both our housekeeping and guest service experience.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and private cottages to high boutique standards
• Refresh linens, sanitize bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and restock amenities
• Help ensure each space feels warm, inviting, and guest-ready
• Cross-train in guest service roles such as breakfast service, light food service, or assisting guests as needed
• Work as part of a team to meet daily check-in deadlines
• Report maintenance issues or damages

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail (this is not basic hotel cleaning—we focus on experience)
• Willingness to learn and help in multiple areas of the inn
• Friendly, service-minded attitude when interacting with guests
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required

Pay & Perks
