Summary

The Flagstaff Embassy Suites, proudly managed by Baywood Hospitality, is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Housekeepers to help keep our hotel clean, welcoming, and guest-ready.

Housekeepers are the heart of the guest experience. If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and want to be part of a supportive team where your efforts truly matter, we’d love to meet you. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidates.

What You’ll Do

Keep Our Guests Comfortable & Happy

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to brand and Baywood standards
  • Change linens, make beds, and restock towels and amenities
  • Ensure rooms are fresh, sanitary, and ready for arriving guests
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly

Support Public & Back-of-House Areas

  • Clean hallways, stairwells, and other assigned areas
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects as needed
  • Follow proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Teamwork & Professionalism

  • Work collaboratively with fellow housekeepers, supervisors, and front desk staff
  • Maintain a positive, respectful attitude at all times
  • Follow all safety, security, and cleanliness procedures

Additional Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest requests when needed (extra towels, amenities, etc.)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • Housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required
  • We are happy to train dependable candidates with a strong work ethic

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to follow procedures and learn brand standards

Availability

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

  • Standing and walking for most of the shift
  • Bending, stooping, reaching, and kneeling frequently
  • Lifting up to 40 lbs on occasion

Pay: $18.35 - $19.35 per hour
