Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using proper cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and performing specialized treatments such as carpet cleaning or floor polishing to preserve surfaces’ appearance and longevity.
• Ensure sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, restocking supplies, and managing waste disposal responsibly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage custodial tasks such as window cleaning, dusting high surfaces, and maintaining storage closets organized for easy access.
• Support housekeeping management with inventory checks of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or commercial cleaning environments.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and floor care techniques to uphold hygiene standards.
• Skilled in laundry operations with attention to fabric care and stain removal.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Ability to perform janitorial tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Previous experience with carpet cleaning or specialized floor treatments is a plus.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour
