• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and other techniques to preserve flooring quality and safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ cleaning requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed rigorously to promote a safe and healthy environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with a strong understanding of sanitation practices.
• Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and general sanitation procedures.
• Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and janitorial supplies management.
