Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking supplies.
• Care for floors through appropriate cleaning techniques including carpet shampooing and floor polishing to ensure a polished appearance.
• Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction and operational readiness.
• Follow established safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly to promote a safe working environment.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards.
• Support housekeeping management with inventory control and supply organization to optimize efficiency.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials in hospitality or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of floor care methods including carpet cleaning and floor polishing.
• Experience with janitorial or custodial tasks that require attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Proven ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
• Previous supervisory or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
