Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a pristine, welcoming environment for our patients. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across three condominiums, ensuring every corner shines with freshness and comfort. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain floors through proper care techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and stain removal to ensure a spotless appearance
• Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to guarantee guest or resident comfort
• Follow sanitation protocols meticulously to prevent the spread of germs and ensure a hygienic environment
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing patients’ needs promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential settings or hotels is highly desirable
• Proven background in commercial cleaning or housecleaning management demonstrates reliability and expertise
• Experience with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures
• Knowledge of laundry operations and proper handling of linens and clothing items
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or condominium cleaning best practices enhances performance
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests
• Hands-on experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools
