Housekeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Housekeeper/Universal Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean and organized facilities, providing exceptional service to our residents, and performing various housekeeping tasks according to a daily work schedule. This position requires a team player with a positive attitude, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

What You'll Do:

• Housekeeping & Maintenance: Clean and maintain common areas, residents’ rooms, and empty units according to daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly schedules.
• Window Cleaning: Perform window washing duties as needed throughout the facility.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to phone calls and pagers to assist residents during emergency situations.
• Documentation & Task Completion: Accurately complete all assigned tasks, including documentation, based on the daily work schedule.
• Supply Management: Ensure rooms and common areas are stocked with necessary supplies, including bathroom and cleaning supplies.
• Waste Management: Empty trash and garbage containers regularly, ensuring waste is transported to disposal areas.
• Resident Interaction: Provide friendly, positive interactions with residents, contributing to their overall well-being and comfort.

What You'll Need:

• Preferred: Prior housekeeping experience.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Personal Attributes: A positive, caring attitude and ability to work well with a diverse team.
