We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Sonesta Essential Columbus. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and public areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or seasonal tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests for additional items or assistance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
