Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and buffing to keep all flooring in pristine condition.
• Ensure all areas are sanitized in accordance with health regulations, paying special attention to bathrooms and kitchens.
• Manage custodial supplies inventory, restocking cleaning products and equipment as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to residents’ or guests’ requests for additional cleaning or amenities.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and promote a safe environment.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and floor maintenance.
• Familiarity with sanitation procedures and health standards applicable to residential or hospitality facilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality work standards.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly approach towards residents or guests.
