Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas using proper sanitation techniques.
• Conduct detailed floor care such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining polished surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures; perform routine maintenance tasks like changing linens and replenishing supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are used safely and stored properly; monitor inventory levels and report needs for restocking.
• Follow established health and safety protocols to uphold sanitation standards in all areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with a strong understanding of sanitation procedures.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and janitorial supplies.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving furniture if necessary.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward residents or guests.
• Knowledge of proper laundry techniques and floor care methods.

Pay: $17.13 - $18.13 per hour
