Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring they meet cleanliness standards.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and polishing to keep surfaces spotless and safe.
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces and ensure proper disposal of trash to uphold health and safety regulations.
• Assist with meal preparation or light cooking tasks as needed to support residents’ or guests’ needs.
• Manage custodial supplies inventory, restocking materials to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide friendly customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation standards, floor care, carpet cleaning, and laundry procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to perform janitorial tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use.

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
