Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Execute various cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, ironing, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, polishing, buffing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring integrity.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest or resident needs promptly and courteously.
• Manage sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations to ensure safe environments for all occupants.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling cleaning routines for maximum efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of laundry processes and carpet cleaning techniques.
