Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
• Execute detailed sanitation procedures in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas to meet health standards
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored safely after use

Experience

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, especially in residential or hotel settings
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment such as carpet cleaners and floor buffers
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in cleaning practices
• Experience with laundry operations and stain removal techniques
• Background in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus
• Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
