Housekeeper/Butler

The Royal Butler will provide a very personal, detailed, seamless service to the Principal and ensures the personal life for the Principal runs exceptionally smooth. Keeping the Principal comfortable should be the first desire.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERINECE

  • Extensive wardrobe management/care
  • Certified First Aid Skill
  • Understanding of travel packing and willing to travel.
  • Extensive wardrobe management and care

  • Experience in high-level personal service or luxury environments (preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proactive in anticipating needs
  • Strong physical stamina and resilience for demanding tasks
  • Ability to remain calm under stress and manage last-minute changes
  • Professional, respectful attitude towards diverse cultures and backgrounds
  • Polished appearance with impeccable grooming and manners
  • Comfortable with animals and capable of handling pets when necessary
  • Discretion and confidentiality: Handles sensitive information with care and privacy.
  • Adaptability: Flexible with schedules and shifting priorities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Closet organizing, Care of clothes including all highly fashionable designer clothes with wardrobe managements plan and execute the overall management of the property.
  • Assist with the washing, ironing, and organization of clothing and personal items.
  • Ensure all clothing is well-maintained, clean, and pressed.
  • Run errands as directed by the royal principal (e.g., picking up items, or arranging deliveries).
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism always, especially regarding sensitive information and private matters.
  • Uphold the privacy of the royal principal and household in all interactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization of all areas used by the royal principal, ensuring every room is well-kept and impeccably presented.
  • Prepare clothing and accessories for travel, ensuring the royal principal has the appropriate attire for each destination or event.
  • Handle last-minute requests with efficiency, ensuring that the royal principal's needs are met promptly and accurately.
  • Travel with the royal principal as needed, providing support and care during trips.
  • Prepare luggage and ensure that all items required for travel (clothing, toiletries, personal items) are packed and arranged efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of amenities used by the royal principal (such as toiletries, clothing, accessories, and other personal items).
  • Regularly check and restock supplies to ensure that the royal principal’s needs are always met.
  • Remain calm and efficient under pressure, especially in situations requiring rapid responses or last-minute changes.
  • Be adaptable to dynamic and often unpredictable schedules or requests.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage stress and stay composed in high-pressure situations, ensuring that the royal principal's needs are always prioritized.
  • Be comfortable working around animals, including pets that may accompany the royal principal on trips or reside in the household.
  • Assist in caring for animals if necessary, ensuring they are well cared for during travels and at home.
  • Preserving and managing security for private art & valuable collections.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Attention to details.
  • Perform cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, making beds, and spot cleaning.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in bedrooms, bathrooms, private areas, and common areas.
  • Maintain attention to detail in cleaning and arranging spaces to meet quality standards.
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ensuring that the principal’s requests are fulfilled as soon as possible.
  • Ensuring that the principal’s personal areas are always kept clean and that the necessary amenities are on hand.
