ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Job Purpose

Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic environment that supports comfort, safety, and a positive experience for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cleaning and Maintenance

• Perform daily cleaning of play area, bathrooms, and common areas
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and remove trash
• Replenish supplies such as soaps, toilet paper, and cleaning products
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly

2. Health and Safety Compliance

• Follow proper hygiene and sanitation procedures
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to guidelines
• Adhere to workplace safety standards and protocols
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste

3. Guest Service and Support

• Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and politely
• Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy
• Ensure guest areas are clean and welcoming at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Location: Dubai & Sharjah

• Cleaning procedures and sanitation standards
• Safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Basic hygiene and infection control practices
• Child-safe cleaning practices and materials
• Waste segregation and disposal methods
