The Resort at Erie Landing is an ideal RV Resort and marina located on the Portage River near Lake Erie. We have way more than just upscale RV sites! Set on 375 spectacular acres, and situated along the picturesque shores and islands of Ohio's north coast region, our guests will enjoy spending time exploring our manicured scenic grounds, waterways, and activities.

We bring all of the fun and convenience of camping with all the amenities of resort vacationing. Seasonal campers are eager to return to their home away from home each year!

​The Resort at Erie Landing is looking for Housekeepers!

Housekeeping is a professional that ensures a positive overall impression of the property as well as provides the necessary service to ensure the overall cleanliness of our Campground including all public spaces and offices in the Campground.

The campground encourages all staff to strive for an environment that promotes creativity, teamwork, respect and consideration for one another. We will foster an environment that builds teamwork and challenges one another to perform exceptionally.

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic housekeeping team. Our staff plays a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly throughout the season. Ideal candidates should excel in time management and multitasking and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Weekend availability is required. Experience is a plus however training will be provided!

This is a SEASONAL position.

Experience/Skills/Character

• Proven experience as a Housekeeper is preferred but not required.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Working quickly without compromising quality.
• Must be able to work to a fixed time schedule.
• Must be reliable, honest and friendly.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred; onsite training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., bend, reach, push housekeeping carts, and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Consistent weekend and holiday availability during peak season.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-service focus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the resort (preferred).

Housekeeping is required to maintain a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.
