Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Advance Management & Investment. Located in a premier hotel environment, this role is essential in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
• Sanitize bathrooms and replenish supplies to maintain hygiene standards.
• Manage laundry services for linens and towels, ensuring timely availability.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as scheduled or requested by management.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when restocking is needed.
• Weekends, holidays mandatory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff members.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment is a plus.
