Job Summary: The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all assigned guestrooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to an exceptional standard. The primary work place is located at the hiring sit

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to Company Core Values, Mission Statement, and Ayres Way.
• Follow company policies as outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
• Receives and reviews list of assigned rooms from manager and prioritizes rooms requesting early cleaning.
• Accurately addresses and completes guest requests.
• Efficiently process and prioritize tasks.
• Complete deep cleans of guestrooms and projects, as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Supervisor on Duty.
• Ensures room meets hotel standards with a final walk around.
• Maintain confidentiality of hotel guests, team members, and pertinent hotel information.
• Maintain all hallways, public areas, and storage closets in a manner that is clean, organized, and safe.
• Display work habits that promote accident prevention.
• Safely operate hotel equipment, including dumbwaiters and laundry chutes.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and PPE in accordance with CAL-OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
• Use proper cleaning techniques accordance with OSHA, adhering to health department sanitation and safety regulations.
