Housekeeping

We’re looking for a Swing Shift Warehouse Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in our distribution center in Ridgefield, WA. This role is essential to keeping the facility operating safely and efficiently for our team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse, breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas

• Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash from work areas

• Support warehouse teams by keeping aisles and workspaces clean and hazard-free

• Follow safety standards and sanitation procedures

• Assist with general housekeeping projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Previous warehouse or janitorial experience preferred but not required

• Starting pay at $19.50 plus $1.00 shift differential for shifts that start after 2 pm

• All full-time Dollar Tree DC Associates are eligible for up to 48 hours of holiday pay.

• All full-time Dollar Tree DC Associates who have completed 180 days of employment and who work an average of 35 hours per week will be eligible for PTO. If hired during the first or second fiscal quarter, 2 days will be given for the remainder of the year. The full grant of 11 days will be given at the beginning of the next fiscal year. Year 2-4 will grant 16 days, year 5-14 will grant 21 days, and 15+ years will grant 25.5 days.
