Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
• Manage floor care, including carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms or residential spaces, ensuring all items are organized and in their proper place.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed, including inventory management of cleaning supplies.
• Prepare meals or snacks when required, adhering to dietary restrictions or preferences if applicable.
• Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure high standards are met.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred, particularly in hotel or commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in both residential and commercial environments.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
