Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure a pristine environment.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency.
• Maintain floor care by stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors to uphold a polished appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during cleaning visits.
• Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and sanitation procedures to meet specific client or facility requirements.
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory, restocking materials as needed to ensure seamless operations.
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation standards, and laundry processes.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
• Experience with janitorial equipment and supplies management is a plus.
• Prior housekeeping management experience is advantageous for supervisory roles.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
