Summary

We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team at Hampton by Hilton. In this role, you will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. This position will support operations at two hotel locations: our property in Shelby Township and our Auburn Hills South location on Featherstone Road. Team members may be scheduled to work at either property based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as needed.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels in guest rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
• Assist with laundry duties as required to maintain a supply of clean linens.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Travel between the Shelby Township and Auburn Hills South (Featherstone Road) properties as scheduled to support housekeeping operations.
