Housekeeping

• Performs Housekeeping responsibilities and tasks including but not limited to:
• Knowledge of all brand or hotel standards
• Cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms
• *Deep cleaning tasks as needed* Dusting and vacuuming
• Towel and Linen service
• Completion of missing linen reports
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Track and monitor clean room reports
• Proper positioning and maintenance of Housekeeper carts and stock
• Furniture and design inspection
• Trash disposal
• Follows all safety rules and reports all safety concerns timely * Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Perform guest turn down service as needed
• Understand and abide by all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to use stairs, bend, squat, stand or walk for extended periods that may exceed 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds intermittently throughout the course of a normal work day

Skills & Attributes – Desired Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent dependability and punctuality a must
• Positive attitude and teamwork
• Experience in hospitality preferred but not required
