HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and ambience of the spa at all times, while supporting technicians with daily operational tasks. If you take pride in cleanliness, organization, and teamwork, this position is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities

Towel & Laundry Management

• Maintain towel levels throughout the day
• Roll and store towels neatly
• Collect used towels and place them in laundry bags
• Log towels sent to and received from laundry
• Report towel shortages or damaged towels

Cleaning & Hygiene

• Clean all glass surfaces and ensure they are spot‑free
• Dust and clean all wooden surfaces
• Keep the client kitchen neat, tidy, and organized
• Wash dishes from the client kitchen
• Maintain clean and obstruction‑free spa floors
• Clean window displays and keep product displays dust‑free
• Wash decorative pebbles and maintain water fountain cleanliness
• Assist with end‑of‑day cleaning routines

Operational Support

• Keep brand/promotion stands clean and correctly positioned
• Assist therapists with cotton cutting and preparation
• Maintain brushes, mops, and cleaning tools in good condition
• Report any maintenance issues to the Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Supervisor

Qualifications

• Customer service or housekeeping experience (hotel or retail preferred)
• Previous experience in a salon or spa is an advantage
• Must currently be in the UAE

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From AED1,800.00 per month
