We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our spa facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all treatment rooms, guest areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize treatment rooms, restrooms, reception areas, and other spa facilities as per hygiene and safety standards.
• Replace linens, towels, robes, and other supplies, ensuring they are always fresh and well-presented.
• Replenish toiletries and guest amenities in treatment rooms and public areas.
• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to the spa’s daily cleaning checklist and schedule.
• Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures to meet health and safety regulations.
• Support therapists and reception team with setup and preparation of treatment rooms when required.
• Monitor and report any inventory shortages or damages to housekeeping supervisor/management.
• Uphold a professional appearance and positive attitude, creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, preferably in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks (bending, lifting, standing for long periods).
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
